I got the item in hand and I know it is fake but according to the ebay website the item hasnt shipped yet so i cant return it saying that it was not described as usual. I need to return it asap to buy a real one what do i do?

Then file for a return of the item. State that it is not what you ordered. The seller should issue you a return label so that returning it doesn't cost you anything. Ebay will follow the claim too and the seller has a certain amount of time after they receive the item to refund you. You are still in control here and can get your money back. Just file for a return.
