Please answer my question. How do I retrieve deleted auction listing? I had one listing checked to delete but all my items were deleted. I want them back.

OP2 years agoThe deleted items are able to be retrieved. An ebay service agent helped me. Sent me to Request your ebay data. Then log in. Then what you want downloaded. It is taking time, three days and counting, but I was told it would happen and I would be notified. Keeping my fingers crossed.

OP2 years agoDid not work. I opened a download ebay gave me. A tax statement for June 2023. Definitely not what I wanted.

Those eBay-generated reports are not what you need.
Try this (it will sometimes work)…
Go to your seller ID and pull up your active listings (if any). Once that loads, now choose “completed listings.†The listings may appear there. If so, click on a listing and then on “sell similar.†When that loads, save the newly-generated listing as a draft.
You will need to do this for each listing you wish to recover.
I have also inadvertently deleted unsold/ended listings, and I was able to recover them this way… but it seems to be time dependent. I’ve had success only if the listings were ended less than three (3) days prior. After this, they seem to be purged.

OP2 years agoI only had one item checked to delete. Over 50 unsold items deleted that I was going to relist. I've deleted individual items before. Not good news but thanks for your help.

If they were unsold or drafts, you can not retrieve them.
If they were sold, you can still view them and use sell similar or list by viewing your sold items in seller hub.
