How do I retract a positive feedback I left ?

I received the item as described until I tried to use it .It didn't work. I notified the seller and they refused to work with me and was very rude.Sending me multiple messages in a row telling me I was wrong about the product. I would like to revise my feedback to reflect the full transaction

@honey-bea You can not change the positive feedback , however you CAN return the item for a full refund.

No need to consult the seller about the return any further.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't work/ defective.
