How do I resolve cases from months ago??

I have 3 cases that were “unresolved” back in December/January. I’m still being penalized for them and I have no way of resolving them. I’ve had a perfect record since I’ve been on “probation” but I’m still at risk of further penalties. What do I do to fix this?

There is nothing you can do to remove those unresolved cases from your performance evaluation - unresolved means you did not handle them at the time and the buyers had to ask eBay to step in. There’s no way to undo that.

They remain in your evaluation for 12 months - it is a rolling 12 months, so the oldest month falls off and the new month is added in. If you are rated below standard, then you need to determine how many items you need to sell to get your defect rate below 2%.

Go to your dashboard and open the monthly details. You can project what the sales will be for your next few evaluation, and then determine what you need to sell in May to get below 2% on your 6/20 evaluation.
