how do I resolve an erroneous counterfeit item removed from my listing
I had an item listed for sale, for which I have purchase information, etc. to prove authenticity but it was removed as counterfeit. How do I get the necessary documents to eBay to resolve and remove the counterfeit flag on this item? I cannot get any help through automated text messaging as it continues to point me to ways to report counterfeits
