How do I reprint a shipping label. Printed it 6 days ago, package came back today to me. Need to reprint shipping label

Mentor3 years agoYou can't reprint a label and put it back into the delivery stream. What you need to do is purchase a new label. You'll find that option in the Action dropdown next to the sold item transaction.
But before you do that...why did the package come back to you?

Mentor3 years agoYou can only reprint a label for 24 hours. After that you need to void it and create a new one.
