Mentor2 years agoEvery listing has a "Report item" link in the body of the description on the right side that can be used to alert eBay to policy violations or fraud suspicions.
eBay may not act on a single uncorroborated report, but the more independent reports eBay receives from different users, the more likely eBay is to act.
