How do I report delivered item damaged I assume during shipping
I had purchased 2 guitars and took delivery from the seller today. One has minor damage and the other I found a loose 'golden' screw in the bottom of the case that matches the gold trim on the guitar. I'm allowing both instruments to acclimate this environment overnight before attempting to play, plug in and better assess the situation....in the meantime I'm not sure what to do if I find any other issues.
