How do I report a shipper to ebay that does not deliver to the address on the shipping label?
Item was not delivered to my address. It was delivered to a building on the other side of town even though my address was clearly printed on the package.. It was just left outside the door on the floor. The person at that address was nice enough to track me down and invite me to come to their address to get my package. NEVER use this shipping company GOFO.

Mentor10 months agoThere is little eBay can do in this situation. Shippers that deliver to an address that is not on the label are responsible for reclaiming the item and making the correct delivery. However, GOFO is a well known company that has a bad reputation for making deliveries. If a seller is using this method they should probably be avoided.
