I ordered an item, that was delivered in an Amazon package. I checked Amazon and the seller charged me 19.35 for the item they ordered from Amazon for 12.99

@ssmo7315.ktogsmle You can return the item as not as Described if the item arrived with an Amazon Gift Receipt. You purchased from an eBay seller and the seller shipped from another site.

Only sellers that use Fulfilled by Amazon can use Amazon to manage their inventory, this means that the seller owns the merchandize.

Be sure to use the eBay Return Label in the case. Do NOT return the item to Amazon.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
