How do I report a scam?
So, a buyer with 0 feedback and who created an account the very day they purchased from me messages me a few days after delivery to say the item arrived broken. However, I notice the ebay buyer name is completely different from the initial purchaser. They also have 0 feedback. I click on this buyer's name and what do you know? Their account had been created that day. Several days after the initial purchase was completed? What is this? Has my account somehow been hacked? They want me to send information to ups so they can get the insurance money.

Tell them to start a return and see what happens.
