I bought a vertual item and gave the code to the seller he makes this as delivered before it was virtually delivered then robbed me off with excuses I opened a case with eBay and the seller asked me to close the case as he guaranteed he would deliver that day so I closed the case and now I canâ€™t open another case what can I do to get my money back

@daisymay5252 Since you closed the case, it cannot be reopened nor can you file a new case. Virtual items are not covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.
