how do i report a buyer that is trying to force me to leave positive feedback by threatening me
I can't see any easy way to do this. This buyer - who paid in full(ish) and has received the item - is DEMANDING that I leave feedback and that it must be positive. I'm pretty sure this buyer is mentally unstable for various reasons including the dozens of messages she/he has sent and their crazy takes! I sent the item our within two days, upgraded the shipping for free (they REALLY wanted tracking), shipped with cardboard & plastic wrap inside a rigid envelope to protect it (the item was an antique invitation) and the item arrived early. After I shipped it I mentioned that they should check the shipping options next time because I did offer shipping with tracking but at a slightly higher cost. The buyer then told me I should be grateful that they purchased the item at all. This is one of dozens of messages. I told her "why don't we just not leave any feedback for each other and leave it at that"? She is beside herself! Right now she's messaging me about how I have to leave positive feedback (the rules!) and that it's unprofessional and disrespectful of me to not leave any feedback. Unspoken is that she's a looney tunes crazy pants who other sellers should be warned about. I can't leave positive feedback in good conscience. She has sent me EIGHT new messages in the time it has taken me to type this message!! Help!

I can't leave positive feedback in good conscience.
Then don't leave feedback. (She probably doesn't realize that sellers are only allowed to leave positive feedback ratings and comments.)
Add the buyer to your blocked buyer list at the link below so she can't buy from you again:

Depending on how you worded the last message you sent, I would consider not replying any further.

OP8 months agoMy understanding is that she's going to leave me negative feedback solely for the reason that I will not leave her feedback. I was stellar in all aspects of the transaction. I actually asked her in the messages if she's going to leave me negative feedback because I'm not leaving her positive feedback and she said yes, because it's unprofessional and disrespectful etc etc

If she admitted she would leave negative feedback if you didn't leave her any, that sounds like feedback extortion to me. Hopefully eBay will agree (if it actually happens).
You can report a buyer using the option in the dropdown next to the order transaction (click the three dots). Select the option that the buyer is demanding something not in the listing (in this case, feedback). You can do that now.
If she leaves negative feedback, you'll need to request feedback removal.
