How do I reopen a return that I closed?

Bought a NVR that didn't work so opened a return, seller contacted me and asked if I would accept a replacement I agreed they responded that they were shipping a replacement and asked to close the return. So I did. I did receive a replacement but it doesn't function either. And now I don't have an option to return it.

It is not possible to reopen a closed return request. If the replacement item does not work, contact the funding source you used to pay for the original item to dispute the charge.
