How do I remove/change a negative review?
Recently I bought Chime candles from an inexperienced seller. Only eleven candles were in the box as per the description. Upon arrival, one of the candles was bent, and three belonged to a set while the rest belonged to a different one. I was upset. Not only this, but it took nine days for a little package to be delivered. I was distraught. I had to go and buy a different set, which was inconvenient as I didn't have a car. When it was time to review, I simply lashed my comments. Seller contacted me offering a refund ( which already happened) and for me to change my review. I want to change it but I don't know how to do this.
