You are unable to remove/change the feedback yourself. You have to contact the seller and ask them to send you a Feedback Revision Request. [The seller must send the FRR within 30 days of receiving the neg/neutral feedback ... AND the buyer only has about a week to revise the feedback after receiving the FRR.]
