how do i remove my selling restrictions without an email or message about it?
a restriction which blocks all selling on my account was placed a while back, i do not have a message or email about it and i cannot find help on ebay

If you can make contact with eBay you need the Trust and Safety Department to look at your account.
We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay. Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.
