How do I remove a negative feedback....
I bought a sweatshirt: The item arrived on time but not what I expected. The sweatshirt was not new as stated and it smelled like smoke that can not be getting rid of, so I left a negative feedback. I know selling is hard and I am a good buyer. The seller contacted me and offered me a refund, as a result I wanted to leave him a positive feedback of good communication, etc.
How can I request a revise feedback?

The only way you can revise feedback is to have the seller send you a "feedback revision request". Message the seller and ask him or her to send you the revision request. The seller link below explains how the seller can do that.

Don't revise your feedback UNTIL you have your refund. Don't revise it because the seller promises you something.
