How do I remove a negative comment on there feed ?
I left a negative comment due to the fact that the tracking they provided me was not found and was incorrect, it stated that the item I was looking for was not found and was a false tracking number and also the delivery date was a month and a week out when I needed the parts sooner then that and they took days to respond until I left my negative feedback and they refunded me 10% of 23 dollars I got back of a total of 3 dollars like ? What am I supposed to do with that ? And I’m confused because other people have ordered parts and they received it within 2 weeks so why not mine when it’s just small mirror caps for a bmw ? So the package isn’t big at all I’m just really confused because now they begging me to remove it asap because it ruins there customers in the future
