How do I refund shipping fees to a buyer who bundled their order and I mailed it all together?
They paid for all the individual shipping for each item. I now want to refund some of the extra shipping they paid.

Mentor1 year agoSince the items have already been paid for you need ro go to your sales list and find one of the items. From the drop down menu next to the item click on refund. Make sure you enter the amount you want to refund since the default is the full amount. Then make the refund.
