-First, you can use the drop-down menu on the left side of the item and scroll down to Send refund, click that. The process is several pages, first entering the amount to be refunded, then selcting a reason, typing a message, issuing the refund, etc.

-That is BIG difference in pricing so you need to be more accurate on your weight package dimensions when you create your listings.
