How do I reconnect with an Agent?
I was disconnected from an agent. Is there a way to reconnect or do I need to go through the whole process again?

Mentor2 years agoIt's unfortunate the agent didn't call you back.
At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.

When you get the return call, explain that you were cut off and let him know there may already be a record of what the two of you were working on.
