How do i receive my credit for Ebay shipping materials for having an ebay store?

I am supposed to receive $50 of eBay branded shipping supplies per quarter for my ebay store, How do i get that credit?

Go to your store and click Manage my store. Over on the right, below the Subscriptions heading, click Subscriber discounts.
