How do I reach out to a past customer if I have their EBay ID

Question

I had a customer purchase a quilt set from me over 11months ago, and I just found another piece to the set. I looked up transaction on my feedbacks for her ID but can’t figure how to reach out to her. It was a very pricey quilt and she should have the second sham.

Hi @storm2smudge

When you contact the buyer, be sure to let her know that you will list the item on eBay or her to purchase if she's interested. You can't use eBay resources (in this case messaging) to solicit an off-eBay transaction, and eBay looks for those kinds of violation. You don't want to lose you selling privileges.
