how do i reach an agent thru eBay chat? I am trying to purchase additional Allstate/Squaretrade warranty more than 1 year for an eBay refurbished laptop.

I contacted Allstate when I couldn't get a resolution here. The Allstate rep said all warranties for refurbished laptops are offered only by eBay. While the laptop includes 1 year of Allstate warranty, I don't see any option on eBay to add 1-3 years beyond year one. A "shamus" that so near St Patty's Day I'm out of luck?

@bmuns . You have to purchase the warranty at time of sale. It doesn't have the option if you purchase with Best Offer. You may see the option to buy the warranty in the purchase email. Otherwise you have to contact Allstate. eBay doesn't control what warranties Allstate offers. An agent cannot help with this.
