How do I reach a live person. Did not get product, ebay lost my histories.
It was 'sposed to b here by Aug 5th. Seller does not reply, but did accept my payment and emailed me it was on the way. Ebay has been useless in getting my refund so far.

·2 years agoThe confirmation email that you received has a link back to the purchase. From that purchase history, click the "More Actions" dropdown and select "Item has not arrived". If your item was purchased as a guest, you may see instructions to enter the email address that you used as a guest.
