A buyer had contacted Ebay because he did not receive an item for more than 2 weeks after I shipped it. Tracking indicated it was not moving for several days. After a short period I refunded buyer in full and initiated a missing mail request at the USPS. Buyer has now received the item and wants me to re-invoice so he can pay for the item. How do I do that?
