For most buy-it-now items, using a desktop browser, if you put each item in your cart you should be able to check out all at once or request an invoice if the seller has set up combined shipping.
Some purchases can not be combined at checkout, though.
For offers or auctions where the seller requires payment in advance you may need to provide a payment method that can handle a reversible payment hold. Offers will need to be paid separately in that case; for auctions, you may be able to combine payments for up to an hour after an auction ends, though eBay is experimenting with allowing up to seven days to combine auctions if the seller allows that.
