How do I process a return/refund for a buyer who purchased back in November of 2025?

Buyer purchased a ring and now wishes to return it for a refund. I cannot find a way to do this as the ring was purchased last November. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?Thanks.

EBay’s money back guarantee is for 30 days after receiving it. There’s nothing that can be done at this point through the eBay platform. It’s much too late for them to be asking for a refund.
