How do I post a video in my Ebay listing?
How do I post a video in my Ebay listing? The instructions keep saying you can click on a button to post videos for your listings, but there is no option for videos in the listing format, only photos.

OP2 years agoThanks for your reply. When I clicked on the link for the Advanced Listing Tool, it takes me to the Manage Active Listings page. Then I click the "create listing" button. From the drop down menu, I choose "single listing". I then get a page that says describe your listing with a box to enter the description. I get several items with descriptions that match mine, I choose the closest one, and then I get a page to start creating the listing but I don't get any video option, only photos. I took a screenshot, but I got a message that I do not have permission to upload images when I tried to share it.

You're welcome. From what you've described, you're at the point where the "Add photos" and the "Upload video" option should be there. Maybe, the additional information below could help identify whatever it is that is preventing the video option from being available.
There is a Blue "Create your listing" Button located the top right on both of the help pages:

The Upload video option is available using the Advanced listing tool. Are you trying to use the Quick listing tool or the App?
