How do I pay the seller for a shipped item (delayed) that was refunded?

I won an auction and the shipping was delayed (overseas). The purchase was refunded to me, but the item was already shipped. I need to pay the seller for the transaction again, but see no way to accomplish this. Any help would be appreciated.

@anubis2000 Thank you for being an honest buyer. The refund can not be reversed.

Reach out to the seller and make arrangements to send a payment with PayPal or another electronic payment method.

This is not considered an offsite payment as the sale already took place.
