How do I override the auto-generated shipping total ?

Question

The amount that ebay calculates is never correct - making it awkward with buyer. I want zero shipping declared and have that conversation with the buyer. Can this be done on Buy it Now and Auctions?
If so - how? Is it a preference that I need to declare? In Sellers Hub?

You can specify Free Shipping, which means including a specific amount onto the item price. When you go to print the shipping label, make sure the weight and dimensions of the package are accurate so you are charged an accurate shipping price when paying your carrier.
