How do I open a case

Question

I returned an item and the refund wasn't calculated correctly. I have spoken to ebay 3 times now and the buyer doesn't understand she owes me more money. How do you open a case if the refund case had been closed already. I don't see where you go to open a case so ebay will look at this again and make the buyer pay it.

You cannot reopen a closed case, nor can you open a new case when the original case was closed.

Your post is a bit confusing. You said you returned an item but you state "the buyer doesn't understand she owes (you) more money". If you returned an item aren't YOU the buyer??
