How do I not allow customers to shop more
A few times the auto pay doesn't go for 7 days, It says buyer wants to shop more even though I have nothing else for sale. Then they cancel after 6 days. How do I not offer combined shipping?

You can do that on your shipping preferences page in the combined shipping section.
