How do I navigate to a current account of CC charges and credits?
A few times a month I get an email about a new CC charge from eBay, with a link provided. When I click on that link instead of seeing a listing of debits and credits to my CC, I get page showing the CCs that are associated with my seller account. No matter where I navigate, there is no summary. It's obvious to me that eBay has far too many programmers. They are too busy with make work, inventing useless new features no one needs. Does anyone know a reliable and repeatable method of doing such a basic thing as seeing your account summary? Note: an eBayer who calls himself "RockStar" offered some answers to this question earlier. None worked but the discussion was closed.

Here is the conversation from earlier. It's still open for discussion

Yes
1) Bookmark this link
click this link https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist
Or
2) Start at Seller Hub https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
Hover over Payments
Click All Transactions
Or
3) Here is an image of the steps in 2

If above isn't working, please reply to this question:
By any chance are you not using Seller Hub? If you don't have the Free Seller Hub, maybe it won't work
If you don't have Seller Hub, you can Opt-In to Seller Hub here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing

OP9 months agoNONE OF YOUR SUGGESTIONS WORK! When I go to seller hub there is no transactions tab. Instead of telling me the same thing over and over again, why don't you communicate with eBay and tell them what they need to fix. While I am sure you have the best intentions and have, no doubt, helped lots of new eBay users. This "mentor" help forum is no substitute for actual customer service.

There is a payment tab, Transactions is a drop-down from Payments.
If your screen doesn't look like this, you don't have the Free Seller Hub and should opt in as it has many more features. You can Opt-In to Seller Hub here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
-- How to Have eBay Call You --
There is no incoming phone number for buyers or sellers. If you want a call back from eBay Customer Service, here is how to get a call:
Start at an article close to your question (you can look from here: https://www.ebay.com/help/home)
Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question
1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click “Have Us Call You†(or "Chat with an Agent")
-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
