If it's the CD, you can ship that Ground Advantage or Media Mail, which ever is less expensive. Sometimes Ground Advantage is cheaper, so I pick that because it's a better service.
Most CDs are under 8 oz in a padded envelope.

You can also handwrite the address on the package.
