How do i mail personally an item in Canada rather than from USA

I live in USA, near the Canada border. I have an item listed on Ebay that a potential buyer would like to buy. My problem is that I would like to just cross the border and mail the item from Canada. Saving the buyer the shipping costs/ customs cost. Is this allowed? If so, how do I list the item's shipping information in my auction?

The ebay shipping calculator can't be used, so you would have to just put a flat rate cost for Canadian shipments. You also would have to manually upload the tacking information.
