How do I leave negative feedback for a seller who did not ship and refused to communicate.
Seller entered tracking number but never shipped. Refused to communicate. eBay refunded. cannot find a way to leave feedback for this fellow. He has about 50% negative for the past month.

OP2 years agoWhen I placed the order a month and a half ago, there was only 1 negative.
There does not seem to be any way to leave any feedback after an eBay resolution.

Feedback can be left up to 60 days from the date of purchase (if memory serves). Depending on how the transaction was completed - cancelled - etc. Feedback is removed or blocked.

50% Negative Feedback for this month? Curious why you might consider purchasing from that Seller? Did the other Negs mention that they never shipped items? For myself I would find another Seller.
