How do I issue a partial refund to an unhappy buyer?
They have not issued a refund request, but I negotiated a partial refund. How do I do this?

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, click Send Refund, select a reason, select a price, submit.
