How do I invoice someone for upgraded shipping

I have a customer who wants to upgrade their shipping but has already paid for their order how do I invoice them for the shipping cost.

Thank you for answering the question but they already paid for their item without contacting me first, I did get an answer from an eBay agent saying to use pay pal.

It will still be faster to set up a listing and have them buy it. To use paypal, you are going to have to wait for them to send you their email address, and then they have to pay.
