how do I initiate a refund without return?
Hello community,
I bought an item that turned out to be damaged. The seller doesn't want the item back since the damage is leaking battery fluid, but is willing to refund the price to me. When I fill out the return form, though, it automatically sets up a return mailing label which, I assume, is going to charge the seller. Is there a way to initiate a refund without a return?

Once you initiate the return, the seller has the option to either provide a prepaid shipping label and refund upon return or else refund you directly without requiring the return.
