How do I handle a false claim or reciving an item but swapping for something else>
Buyer claims he received the wrong size shorts. I asked for a picture and upon review the shorts in question are not the same as the ones shipped or listed. I only had one pair so I know they are not the ones I sold him. I feel he is trying to switch them for what I correctly shipped.How do I handle this?
