How do i handle ?
I sent 3 lots of purchased items total of 13 items, in one box requested by the buyer. refunded the money because of combined shipping. then the customer stated he never received one allotment. that was boxed altogether. (by request of him) Now eBay refunded the money from the one allotment. he received these items.
So upset..
