I sold Item # 12-14962-27479 and 11-14963-71246. WHy are they on hold?

Try to go to eBay Help (in upper right of eBay.com, not sure where on eBay phone app). Then:Scroll to bottom of page, click Contact us.Select the closest correct responses... Probably "Seller" then "Shipping your items".On the LEFT menu, you hopefully have the option of Have us call you. Do that. Alternatively, select Chat with us and type "AGENT" in so the bot routes you to a live CS Agent.Weekends can be especially busy. You d not need to speak with a customer service rep if you are asking about your payments being on Hold. In looking at your profile it seems that your last sale prior to the 2 you posted was made over a year ago. That means you go back to being classified as new seller, and will have ebay's 30 day hold placed on your payments until you prove to still be a reliable seller. FYI. If you posted a shipping cost for the items the, amount the buyers paid for shipping is available to purchase shipping labels through ebay. If you listed them with Free shipping you will have to purchase labels out of pocket. Make sure to post the tracking numbers manually to the sold item so that ebay and the buyers know you have shipped.
