How do I get to a real person?
The seller won’t refund as we agreed. He said “Let eBay refund you.†The eBay instructions say there is an Ask EBay to Step In option on the drop down menu under Purchases but there isn’t. I need to talk to a real person and there is only the Automated Chat or Community option shown. Can someone please help?

Mentor2 years agoWhat is the reason for the refund? Did you start a case with eBay for an item not received or not as described?
If you have already started a case, check the status and, if necessary, ask eBay to step in:
