How do I get this refunded?

I bought an item. It had a 2 year warranty. It is defective after only 60 days and the seller won't answer any of my messages. They are just ignoring me. What do I do?

Manufacturers offer warranties on their items not sellers. Sellers can only help with warranty issues if they are authorized dealers for the manufacturer. eBay's money back guaranty is only for 30 days from receipt of the item and is not a warranty. Once this time is passed eBay can no longer help you. You can try asking your payment source for a charge back.
