How do I get the insurance balance from eBay on a lost item?

USPS HAD SENT ME MY $100 ON LOST ITEM, HOW DO I GET MY BALANCE OF THE INSURANCE FROM EBAY?

Did you pay to have it insured for the full value of the item?

If you relied just on the Ebay shipping label, that included $100 insurance.

Ebay will not reimburse you since Ebay is not responsible for what occurs during shipping.

@dadad3 If you purchased additional insurance through shipcover, there will be a link to file a claim in your label history. https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
