How do i get someone to contact me

Placed order on February 17th. It is now April 23rd. Still has not shipped. Seller will not contact me. After numerous attempts. I thought Ebay monitored those contacts. I do mot know how to get my money back.

Sorry, but that sucks. How should I have started a case? I never had this issue before. When I have contacted a seller before with a problem, after a few times Ebay reached out to contact me and we were able to resolve the issue. There is no way I can even post a negative review for this seller.

BTW the seller is liamo2051. If they read this response, please have the respect to contact me. Thank you

When was the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase? You only have thirty days from that date to file an "item not received" case with eBay, and then a limited amount of time to ask eBay to step in if the seller does not cooperate.

If you waited too long for help from eBay, you may still have recourse through your payment method.
