how do I get someone over the phone to get the help that I need?

is there a phone number that I could speak to over customer service about my issue that I have with the seller? I refuse the package and went back to his house and now I am not getting a response from him or her and I still haven't gotten my refund.

You may or may not get a refund. When you refuse a package you lose your money back guaranty protection. It is up to the seller if they will refund you and can withhold the original shipping fees. You should have gone through the official return process. You can try contacting customer service and see if they are willing to offer any help.
