How do I get paid if USPS delivery tracking failed?
As a seller I have two parcels sent Sept 14 which re not shown as being delivered -- in one case the last update over a week ago was "out for Delivery" and in the other case the last update over a week ago was "scheduled for next day delivery" - if the postal carrier never bothered to scan these items upon their actual delivery, and the buyers have never reached out to me, which makes me presume they were delivered, when or how can I get paid for these items if the delivery tracking is incomplete?
